absolutely charming place, but my room was cluttered! two chairs, really? I expected a nice fridge in the room for my refreshments, yet I had to share one in the hall. also, a minor key snafu should definitely have warranted some sort of complimentary upgrade or gesture, like free wine or something. just couldn’t give a good review.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The large porch offered a perfect spot to relax, and the 24/7 coffee station was a nice touch. Friendly hosts made us feel welcome while providing excellent dining recommendations.
Though friendly, availability of the owners was inconsistent, and the breakfast options leaned heavily towards cereals and pastries, which was somewhat limiting.

The location is fabulous, mere steps from downtown Wolfeboro, allowing for easy access to local restaurants and shops. Additionally, the access to coffee and refreshments around the clock offered a nice convenience during my stay.

The location was fabulous, perfect for walking into town.
Unfortunately, the room felt cluttered with excess furniture, making it less comfortable. Also, I noticed a lack of fridge options in the rooms. While there was one in the hall, it didn't fully meet our needs due to dietary restrictions.

The room was immaculate and featured charming nautical decor that enhanced the local ambiance. The extensive coffee and tea station was a nice touch, available around the clock. While the intimate setting and friendly hosts created a welcoming atmosphere, the breakfast selection could have benefited from more variety, as it leaned heavily towards traditional items. Additionally, the common areas felt a bit cramped at times, impacting overall comfort.

The oversized room was surprisingly comfortable, and I really enjoyed the bonus sitting area for relaxing after a day of exploring. The outdoor sitting area was lovely for morning coffee, and there’s even a cozy spot with blankets for chilly evenings. Just a heads up, the room did feel a bit crowded with furniture, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience at all! 😊
